Abstract:

At these stages, the end-to-end equations of the memristor have given and the simulations results have applied in Pspice and Multisim programs. In the study, parameters such as the comparison of the emulator circuits with the different state functions and the quality factor, the cut frequencies and the bandwidths on the active and passive filters of these circuits have been evaluated. In this application, it has been seen that the quality factor of the memristor based filters is higher in low frequency in the active and passive filter circuits based on the memristor, since it reflects the characteristic of the memristor. At high frequencies, it has been observed that the memristor-based filters behave like linear resistors and therefore do not produce positive results.
