The tradition of writing imitation poem in Divan literature is quite common. Many imitation poem compilations, whose compilers are known or unknown, are one of the biggest proofs of this. So much so that some researchers have characterized divan literature as imitation poem literature. What is known about Misali’s life does not go beyond rumors. 16th century divan poet Misali is one of the poets who is famous for his Hurufism and uses this thought / belief widely in his poems. Many of Misali's poems, who have a very voluminous Divan, were written as imitation poems to Nesimi's poems. It is known that Nesimi is a very common poet both in imitation poem compilations and other poetry compilations and conks. In order to understand what a great influence he had on divan poets, it is sufficient even to examine the imitation poem compilation Mecma'un-nezair, which Nazmi compiled in the 16th century. However, Nesimi has a more intense influence on Hurufi poets such as Misali, Muhiti and Arshi. While the other divan poets mostly arranged the love poems of Nesimi, the Hurufi poets mostly arranged the poems in which he dealt with the Hurufism thought. The aforementioned nazires, on the other hand, were generally written with the aim of explaining the Hurufism creed to people, not with the claim of being a poet or with the enthusiasm of surpassing Nesimi. For this reason, the works of Nesimi, who was both a good poet and a Hurufi leader, were arranged in large numbers and mostly in the context of Hurufism. In this study, we will study on Misali’s imitation poems. Our aim is to reveal how influential Nesimi was on Misali, to determine the artistic level of Misali's poems, and to make some determinations about the content and purpose of writing the works in question.
