In this study it is discussed that changing power balance from World War II to today. Generally, it is showed that the relationship between the economic policy being followed and being global economic and politic power. The powers of US companies power are increasing in the worldwide by economic policies. In this context, this study being discussed impact on global leadership of trade agreements, which are seen as one of the parts of globalization process. For this purpose, it has been examined that Transpacific partnership which are seen as the most important attempt by US. It has concluded that US will continue shape the global economy and policy by these partnership and aims to break influence of China and Russia in Pacific region. Therefore, this policy will enhance cooperation between Russia and China.
