Özet

ÖZET
Amaç: Bu vaka raporunun amacı, üst çenede gömülü kanin dişinin cerrahi olarak açılıp ortodontik olarak sürdürülmesidir. Materyal-Metot: Kronolojik yaşı 16 yıl 2 ay olan, dişsel sınıf II bulunan kadın hastanın muayenesinde sağ üst çenedeki süt kanin dişinin düşmediği, daimi kanin dişinin gömülü kaldığı ve kanin diş için yeterli mesafe bulunmadığı tespit edildi. Tedaviye sabit ortodontik aparey ile başlandı ve kanin diş için yeterli mesafe açıldıktan sonra gömülü diş bölgesi cerrahi olarak açıldı. Dişin görünen yüzeyine zincirli buton yerleştirilerek ark teline bağlandı.
Bulgular: Daimi kanin diş ark içinde mezial ve distal olarak uygun pozisyona getirildi.
Sonuç: Hastanın 8 ay içinde kanin dişin yerine getirilmesi sağlandı. Sabit ortodontik tedavi settling işleminden sonra bitirilecektir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The Objective of this case report is to surgically open and orthodontically maintain the impacted canine tooth in the maxilla. Meterial-Method: In the examination of the female patient with a chronological age of 16 years and 2 months, it was found that the primary canine tooth in the right upper jaw did not fall out, the permanent canine was impacted and there was not enough distance for the canine tooth. The treatment was started with a fixed orthodontic appliance and after sufficient distance for the canine tooth was opened, the impacted tooth area was surgically opened. A chain button was placed on the visible surface of the tooth and connected to the archwire.
Results: The permanent canine was placed in the appropriate position mesially and distally within the dental arch.
Conclusion: In the treatment of the patient, the canine tooth was restored within 8 months. Fixed orthodontic treatment will be finished after settling.
