Özet:

The effect of immunstimulant drugs used together with FMD vaccine on immunoglobulins in sheep. Yüzüncü Yıl University Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Veterinary Internal Medicine, M.Sc. Thesis, Van, 2016. The effect of immunstimulant drugs used together with FMD vaccine on immunglobulins was investigated in sheep. For this purpose, 40 healthy sheep were divided into 4 groups. Blood and serum samples were taken from all animals at day 0 of the study. Hematological parameters were measured immediately, serum samples were stored for measuring of IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE and Zn values from biochemical parameters. In group I only FMD vaccine was applied. In group II levamisol with the FMD vaccine, in group III zinc with FMD vaccine and in group IV vitamin AD3E with FMD vaccine were applied. After 21 days, blood and serum samples were taken again from all groups and hematologic and IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE and Zn values were compared according to the values of day 0. No statistical difference was found between groups in hematologic parameters except PLT and NEU. Based on the comparison between days 0 and 21, statistically significant increase in PLT levels (p<0.05) in groups II and III, and statistically significant decrease in NEU level in the group IV (p<0.05) were found. In IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE levels from biochemical analyses, according to day 0, significant increases were found in values of IgG (p<0.05) and IgE (p<0.001) in group II and IgM (p< 0.05) and IgE (p< 0.001) in group III and only IgE (p<0.001) in group IV. In comparison between the groups, according to the control group, increase was found in IgG levels (p<0.05) in groups II and III. As a result, it was concluded that administration of levamisole or zinc together with FMD vaccine in animals had positive effects especially on IgG and IgM, and that it is recommended to administer these drugs together with vaccines
