Özet:
In organic chemistry, a class of molecules known as heterocyclic compounds includes pyrimidine derivatives. Many pyrimidines are synthesized for a variety of applications, including material chemistry and drug development. Pyrimidine compounds with high biological activity are used as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-parasitic medications. The first stage in this inquiry was to create pyrimidine derivatives using the Biginelli reaction, which is a part of the versatile cyclocondensation reaction (MCR) techniques. The effective synthesis of acetylacetylation was achieved in the second stage by reacting the primidine compounds with the acetoacetylation reagent. The compositions of all newly created compounds are investigated utilizing spectroscopic methods like 1H and 13C NMR.
