Biography
I was born in 1976 in Azerbaijan. I completed high school in 1993 and university in 1998. I defended the Master's Thesis in 2000. At the Oriental Institute of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences in 2004, XVI-XVII. I completed my Thesis on the Century Ottoman Rehabilitation Projects. 2016. Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan in the end of the year I have worked in the Oriental Institute of fame Turkey's history and economy. I am currently teaching the lessons of European and Ottoman history in the modern age of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Letters History Department.
