He was born in Istanbul in 1981. He completed his primary education in Van, and his secondary and high school education in Hatay. In 2005, he graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering (English) at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Çankaya University. In 2006, he fulfilled his mandatory military service in Bayburt. Between 2006 and 2008, he worked as a systems engineer in private sector companies. In 2008, he was appointed as a lecturer at Özalp Vocational School of Yüzüncü Yıl University. He began his master’s studies in the Department of Physiology at the Faculty of Medicine, Yüzüncü Yıl University, in 2010 and completed the program in 2015. In the same year, he commenced his doctoral studies in the Department of Statistics and earned his Ph.D. in 2022. Since 2022, he has been serving as the Head of the Computer Technology and Programming Department at Özalp Vocational School. As of November 2023, he has also been the Director of the University-Industry Collaboration Research and Technology Center and the Coordinator of the Innovan Entrepreneurship Center. He is currently continuing his academic career at Yüzüncü Yıl University. He is married and has two children.
