Biography
I completed my M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology at Ege University and Istanbul University under the supervision of Prof. Melek Göregenli, Assoc. Prof. İ. Mert Teközel, and Prof. Sevim Cesur, respectively. I am interested in peace (especially regarding the Armenian genocide issue and the Kurdish question), time (with a focus on time appropriation and passage of time), and environmental studies (primarily concerning climate change and earthquake preparedness) within the field of Social Psychology. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University in Van. For current information regarding my research laboratory, please refer to my website.
