Abstract

In this study, using the Strukov window function, the memristor emulator circuit was created in the PSpice circuit package program. Very high speed integrated circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL) code and parameter values ​​of physical memristor element; uv, D, ROFF, RON, RINITIAL respectively, 10^(-10)cm2s^(-1)V^(-1), 10nm, 110ohm, 18Kohm, 12Kohm and the window function coefficient is defined as p=10. In order to test the memristive characteristic, current and voltage information were created in a single scope. The variation of the hysteresis curve with frequency was observed. It was found that it behaves like a linear resistor element at high frequencies and exhibits memristive characteristic at low frequencies. In order to examine the stability and efficiency of the memristor model created with the Strukov window function, temperature sweep analyzes were created in the simulation environment at 5 degree intervals. It was determined how the strukov memristor emulator circuit, boundary operating conditions were obtained, would exhibit a characteristic behavior model in analog and digital circuits according to environment conditions. In this way, a study was presented that will inspire other the windows functions.
