To conduct this study a questionnaire form including three parts has been used to collect the data. In the first part, the personal information form is used. The Attitude Scale for Healthy Nutrition (ASHN) in the second part and the Digital Gaming Attitude Scale (DGAS) in the third part are used. In the results of the difference analysis according to the demographic characteristics of the total scores of ASHN and DGAS, it is understood that scores of ASHN have significant differences regarding gender, mother education and sports frequency. However, there is no statistically significant difference in the score of DGAS according to demographic characteristics. The results obtained in the research proves that individuals' awareness of healthy nutrition increases thanks to sports. Consequently, their interest in a digital game decreases. Studies in the literature on digital games indicate that there are undesirable problems in individuals who are connected to these games at the level of addiction.
