The aim of this study is to develop a scale for the determination of teachers' attitudes towards utilising
digital games. After the expert opinions and various analyzes, an attitude scale with 17 items was
developed. As a result of EFA with 17 items, It was determined that the KMO value of the scale is
found to be above 0.50 (KMO = 0.898, p <0.00) and it has a 4-factor structure that explains
approximately 69.487% of the total variance with an eigenvalue greater than 1.00. Model fit indices
are examined with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). It was determined that the X2/df (2,467≤
3), RMSEA (0,76≤ .08), AGFI (,855 ≤ .90), NFI (905 ≤ .95), TLI (,92≤ .95) values, which are
important fit indices, are among the acceptable values. In order to determine the reliability level of the
scale, Cronbach's Alpha (α = .916), which is a measure of internal consistency, is examined. As a
result of both EFA and CFA analyzes, the scale was found to be a valid and reliable measurement tool
that can measure teachers' attitudes towards utilising digital games.
