This study deals with the design and implementation of a high frequency induction heater system
for industrial and laboratory applications. The system uses a 9-winding induction coil to create a magnetic
field and heats metal objects quickly and efficiently. The system, designed using coolers and a choke coil,
operates with a 12V, 150-200 W power supply. The results of the study showed that the system can heat
metal objects up to 750°C-800°C and provides a 10-20% increase in energy efficiency compared to
traditional heating methods. The low-cost and modular design demonstrates the usability of this system in
educational projects and small-scale industrial applications.
