Özet

This study aimed at the impact of organizational culture on Human resource management, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of three parts, the first of which aims to know the characteristics of the study sample, the second part aims to measure the independent variable of organizational culture, and the third part measures the dependent variable Human resources management, The researchers relied on the method of the proportional stratified sample consisting of eight private universities in Iraq, where (100) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, which is represented in the faculty members, and questionnaires were retrieved (100%) of the distributed questionnaires.

Accordingly, the study concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:

Adopting a leadership style that contributes to instilling the core values and beliefs of organizational culture as a model for motivating employees, supporting innovation, and guiding employees for the better.
