Abstract

Abstract

Mobbing, a psychological suppression at work place, is a sum of psychological terror or any kind of despotic

behaviour which deranges the psychological and physical health of the workers of public and private services

and even leads them up to resignation.

This study, which aims to find out whether mobbing impacts exist or not, what kinds of reactions are reflected

and how the workers would have reacted in case of such behaviors, is held on certified public accountant trainees

registered on Van CPA Organisation between May 2009 and April 2014.

ÖZET

Isyerinde psikolojik yıldırma yani mobbing, kamu ve özel örgütlerde çalısanların psikolojik ve fiziksel saglıklarını

bozan onları isten istifa etmeye kadar yönelten psikolojik terör veya her tür zorbaca davranıslardır.

Bu çalısma, 2009 Mayıs ve 2014 Nisan yılları itibariyle Van SMMM Odasına kayıtlı stajyerler üzerinde mobbingin

etkilerinin var olup olmadıgını, bu tür davranıslara ne tür tepkiler verildigini ve bu tür davranısların var olması

durumunda ne tür tepkiler gösterebileceklerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıstır.
