This study examines migration movements from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to Turkey in the context of climate change and economic factors. The study investigates the impacts of rising temperatures, changes in precipitation patterns, and economic conditions on migration decisions. The Gravity Model explains migration movements, and analyses were conducted using Pooled OLS and Hausman-Taylor methods. The results indicate that rising temperatures in TRNC stimulate migration, whereas high precipitation levels in destination cities play a deterrent role. A negative relationship was also identified between TRNC's per capita GDP and migration.
