Concrete is a construction material that is utilized for many engineering buildings and is produced commonly. Despite having advantages and disadvantages, concrete is the second matter in the world according to the consumption after water. Many substances are trying in the mix of concrete to advance the properties of concrete and increase the performance of concrete. Hence, many measurements are conducted on the concrete determining physical, mechanical, durability etc. properties of concrete. According to whole test results, the best mix ratios, the best technique etc. are considered in the research broadly. However, parameter multiplicity often causes difficulties for many researchers in deciding. Hence, some decision-making methods developed and suggested in the literature are seemed. When the methods are examined, it is seen that many of them have complex and intense theories, create difficulties in terms of usage and their application areas may be narrow. To solve this trouble, “HD method” is proposed in this paper to simplify the theory and to make the evaluation of the results easy for researchers. In the HD method, K coefficient is calculated for the concretes and the ratio of the properties of concrete is investigated to observe the effects of the newly added components of the concrete on the properties of concrete. In addition, 4 levels of acceptability are recommended for the K coefficients calculated in the method. Also, Kf, Km and Kd for physical, mechanical and durability properties can be defined and used to compare the concretes. As a result, comparing concretes with control one, grouping concretes according to qualities and the determination of the best concrete series are can be done easily.
