Öğretim; anlamı, öğretmekten gelir ve genellikle planlı ve programlı öğretim kast edilir. Hedef kitleye, istenen bilgiyi aktarmak için, planlı ve plansız yapılan her şeye öğretim diyebiliriz. Öğrenme ise, öğretimle öğrenilen bilgilerin, bilinçte meydana getirdiği değişikliklerin toplamıdır.
Eğitim; öğrenilen şeylerin, yaşantıya uygulanabilir alışkanlık ve alışık tepki (refleks) davranışları haline getirilmesidir. Eğitimin hedefi; eğitimle kazandırılan davranışların güzel ahlak kurallarına uygun alışık tepki olarak hayata uygulanışıdır.
Dünyada var olan eğitim sistemlerinin amacı; bilimsel ve teknolojik eğitimi refleks (alışık tepki) haline getirmektedir. Ancak bu eğitim sistemi insancıl ve güzel ahlaktan yoksundur. Bu nedenle bilimsel ve teknolojik eğitim insancıl ahlakla birlikte verilmelidir.
Dünyadaki önemli sorunların yanlış ve eksik eğitim sisteminin ürünü olduğu kabul edilir. Sorun şu ki, eğitimle güzel ahlaklı insanlar yetiştirilmedikçe bilim faydadan çok zarar verir. Bilim bazı ülkelerin çıkarları için oyuncak olmuştur. Bu yargılar üzücü ama ne yazık ki gerçektir.
Sunulacak olan bu bildiride, eğitim, öğretim, eğitimin hedefleri ve ahlak kavramlarının kısaca bilinen tanımları yapılacaktır. Bu kavramlara ait yeni tanımlar önerilecektir.
Eğitimde güzel ahlakın önemi ve nedeni vurgulanacaktır. Güzel ahlakın insancıl kıstasları hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Eğitimle birlikte insancıl ahlakla donatılmış ve donatılmamış insanların sosyal yaşantıya pozitif ve negatif katkıları tartışılacaktır. Bu konu örneklerle açıklanacaktır.
Bildiride bilimsel eğitimle birlikte güzel ahlakın önemi ve gerekçesi örnekleriyle verilecektir.
“Türk eğitim sistemine katkı amacıyla, yararlı özgünlüklerini yaşatan, eğitim sistemi ve sistemleri nasıl geliştirilmelidir?” Sorusuna yanıt verilmeye çalışılacaktır.
Sonuç olarak yukarıda özetlenen bilgilerin ülkemiz koşullarıyla özdeşleştirilerek bazı önerilerde bulunulacaktır.

Teaching; the meaning comes from teaching and is usually intended as planned and programmed instruction. To convey the desired information to the target audience, we can say that everything planned and unplanned is teaching. Learning, on the other hand, is the sum of the information learned by teaching and the changes that occur in consciousness.
Education; what is learned is the habit that can be applied in life and become accustomed (reflex) behaviors. The goal of education; the behaviors gained in education are applied to life in response to good moral rules.
The aim of education systems in the world; scientific and technological education, reflex (accustomed reaction) makes. However, this education system is devoid of human and moral values. Therefore, scientific and technological education should be given with humane ethics.
It is accepted that the major problems in the world are the product of wrong and incomplete education system. The problem is that science does more harm than good, unless good moral values ??are raised. Science has become a toy for the interests of some countries. These judgments are sad, but unfortunately, real.
This statement; briefly known definitions of teaching, education, educational objectives and morality concepts will be explained. New definitions of these concepts will be proposed.
The importance and reason of good morals in education will be emphasized. Information will be given about the humanitarian criteria of good morals. Together with the training, positive and negative contributions of people who are equipped with good morals and not equipped to social life will be discussed. This will be explained with examples.
In the paper, The importance and justification of good morals together with scientific education will be given with examples.
In order to contribute to the Turkish education system, how should the educational system and systems be developed, which provide useful authenticities? will be answered.
As a result, the information summarized above will be identified with the conditions of our country and some suggestions will be made.
