Özet

Öğrencilerin kariyer hedeflerini belirlemeleri gördükleri eğitim
sürecinin sonunda hayata en uygun koşullarda atılabilmeleri açısından hayati
önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışma üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyerlerini
belirlerken hangi faktörlerden ne ölçüde etkilendiklerini ortaya çıkarmak
amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Muş Alparslan Üniversitesi,
örneklemini ise İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören 3. ve 4.
Sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada demografik ve bireysel kariyer
planlamasını içeren bir anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada uygulanan ankete göre
elde edilen veriler SPSS-20 programı ile analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.
Öğrencilerin kariyerlerini belirlerken iç ve dış faktörlerden ne düzeyde
etkilendikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin kariyer hedeflerini belirlerken;
mesleğin saygınlığı, mesleğin getirileri, kariyer gelişimini destekleyen
unsurlar ve ülkedeki gelişmelerden etkilendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This study has been conducted in order to reveal which factors and to what
extend affect the students while they decide their careers. The universe of the
study consists of University of Mus Alparslan and the sample of the study
consists the students at grade 3 and 4 at the department of Economic and
Administrative Sciences. A survey which contains demographic information
and individual career plans has been applied to the students. The data that has
been gathered with the survey has been analyzed by the programme SPSS-20
and have been interpreted. In this context, it has been evaluated to what extend
the students are affected by inside and outside factors. It has been reached the
conclusion. That while the students decide their career purposes, developments
in the country, career development supporting factors, respect to profession
and advantages of the profession are effective.
