Smart government is a transformative public administration model that integrates digital tools, data analytics, and innovative policies to improve public services, decision-making, and citizen participation. It uses technologies such as AI, IoT, and Big Data to streamline operations, optimize resources, and adapt to societal needs through data-driven decisions. This approach promotes transparency, accountability, and participation through e-portals, open data, and online voting. AI chatbots address routine questions, IoT manages infrastructure, and mobile applications facilitate reporting of public issues, promoting efficiency, sustainability, and inclusiveness. This paper aims to focus on the issues of “online services and online citizen portals” that reflect digital change in the context of the concept of smart government by using descriptive analysis and observation techniques from qualitative research methods.
