Purpose: This study aimed to assess the effect of pretreat- ment albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) score on treatment outcomes in pancreatic cancer (PC) patients with liver metastasis at the time of diagnosis treated with chemotherapy (CT) in the first-line setting.
