Öğretmen; kişinin aile eğitimi aldıktan sonra okul sürecinde kişiyi eğiten, bilgilendiren ve kişiye kişilik kavramının
temelini oluşturan kişidir. Bu hususda öğretmenlerin değeri hiç şüphesiz çok önemlidir. Fakat farklı sebeplerden dolayı
öğretmenler eğitim örgütlerinde olumsuz davranışlar sergileyebilmektedirler. Bu olumsuz davranışlar karşımıza bazen
örgütsel sessizlik olgusu olarak çıkabilmektedir. Örgütsel sessizlik örgüt içerisinde bir kişinin kasıtlı olarak problemleri
görmezden gelmesi, başkalarının görüşlerine uyması veya düşünce ve fikirlerini yansıtmamasıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı
geleceğe yön veren öğretmenlerin örgütsel sessizlik algılarının ne düzeyde olduğunu ölçmektir. Çalışma Van ilinde
ilkokul, ortaokul ve lisede görev yapan öğretmenler üzerine yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 407 öğretmene anket uygulanmıştır.
Araştırma verilerinin analizinde ‘t’ testi ve ‘anova’ testi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca farklılığın hangi gruplar içerisinde olduğunu
anlamak için Tukey’s testi analizi yapılmıştır. Ulaşılan bulgulara göre cevaplayıcıların cinsiyet boyutları incelendiğinde
anlamlı bir fark olduğu görünmüş, idari görev yönünden bakıldığında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı görünmüş, yaş aralığına
göre bakıldığında ise anlamlı bir fark olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
Teacher; after receiving the person's family education who educates, informs the person during the school process and
forms the basis of the concept of personality to the person. In this regard, the value of teachers is undoubtedly very
important. However, due to different reasons, teachers may exhibit negative behaviors in educational organizations. These
negative behaviors can sometimes appear as a phenomenon of organizational silence. Organizational silence is when a
person deliberately ignores problems, conforms to the views of others, or does not reflect their thoughts and ideas. The
aim of this study is to measure the level of organizational silence perceptions of teachers who shape the future. The study
was carried out on teachers working in primary, secondary and high schools in Van. In the study, a questionnaire was
applied to 407 teachers. The ‘t’ test and the 'anova' test were used in the analysis of the research data. In addition, Tukey's
test analysis was performed to understand which groups the difference was in. According to the findings, when the gender
dimensions of the respondents were examined, it was seen that there was a significant difference, and there was no
significant difference in terms of administrative duties, while there was a significant difference according to age range.
