Özet
In this study, the effects of plant growth regulators (PGRs), Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), 2,3,5-Triiodo Benzoik Acid (TIBA) and Kinetin on human serum enzymes, myocardial creatine kinase (CK-MB), amylase, creatine kinase (CK), aspartate amino transferase (AST), serum glutamyl pruvic transferase (SGPT), alkaline phosphatase (ALK-P), delta glutamyl transferase (GGT-P) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were investigated (in vitro). I-50 values of chemicals caused inhibition were determined by means of activity percentage - [1] diagrams.
