Öz: Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’deki Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarında (MEABD) yapılan, bireysel çalgı (viyolonsel) eğitimi dönem sonu performans sınavı değerlendirmesindeki genel durum saptanmaya çalışılmış olup; bu doğrultuda geçerliği ve güvenirliği test edilmiş standart bir ölçme aracı oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, amacı doğrultusunda genel olarak betimsel nitelikte bir çalışmadır. Araş- tırmada, yeni geliştirilen viyolonsel rubriğinin dönem sonu sınavlarında kullanılmasının etkileri incelenerek, viyolonsel rubriği ölçütlerinin oluşturulması aşamasında ilgili öğ- retim elemanlarının görüşlerinden ve benzer nitelikteki performans ölçme araçlarından faydalanılmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretim elemanları tarafından kullanılmakta olan yöntem ve araçlarla yeni geliştirilen ölçme aracının (rubrik), dönem sonu sınavındaki ilişkisi ele alınmaktadır. Bu sebeple araştırmada, “İlişkisel Tarama Modeli” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, farklı üniversitelerin MEABD’nda görev yapan 6 viyolonsel eğitimcisinden ve Gazi Üniversitesi MEABD birinci, ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü sınıf bireysel çalgı (viyolonsel) eğitimi dersi alan 20 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada saptanan problemler, literatür taraması, öğretim elemanlarına ilişkin görüş anketi, araştırmacı tarafından yeni geliştirilen ve öğretim elemanları tarafından uygulanan ölçme aracı (rubrik) ile elde edilmiştir. İstatistiksel çözümlemeler için, SPSS 18.0 (The Statistical Packet for The Social Sciences) paket programı kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi 0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesi sonucunda; “fiziksel beceriler”, “teknik beceriler” ve “müzikal beceriler” olmak üzere üç ana boyuttan ve buna bağlı olarak 18 ölçütten oluşan viyolonsel rubriği geliştirilmiş ve uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, viyolonsel rubriğinin güvenilir, geçerli ve tutarlı bir ölçme yaptığını göstermektedir
Abstract: In this study, it was tried to determine the general case for performance exam at the end of the semester for individual instrument (violoncello) which is played in the music teaching department in Turkey. In this respect, it is aimed to create a standart measurement mediator in order to test the validity and reliability. In general, it is a descriptive study in accordance with its purpose. In this study, it was utilized from similar performance measurement mediators and interested instructor’s ideas in the forming stage of violencello rubric standarts by investigating the effects of use in the final exam of new developed violencello rubric. Also, it was discussed to correlate of new developed measurement mediator (rubric) with the methods that instructors have used in the final exam. Therefore, ‘relational screening model’ was used in this study. The research group consists of 20 undergraduate students who are from first, second, third and fourth classes taking the course of individual instrument (violoncello) in Gazi University MEABD and from 6 violoncello educators working in the MEABD of different universities. The problems detected during the study were obtained with measurements of mediator (rubric) which was applied by instructors, new developments by researchers, view questionnaire related to instructors, and literature search. SPSS 18.0 (The Statistical Packet for The Social Sciences) package programme was used for statistical analysis. It was accepted 0.05 values as statistical significance level. In the study, the violoncello rubric formed by 18 standards and from three main dimensions called as ‘musical skills’ ‘technical skills’, and physical skills’ with data assessment was developed and applied. The data obtained at the end of the application showed that violoncello rubric reflects valid and consistent measuremen, and thus, The result shows that instructors gave more stable scores.
