Abstract

In this study, analyzes were carried out monthly between May 2015 and May 2016 from the Lake Aygir and the irrigation pond for examining its water quality change and management. In-situ measurements were found as average water temperature 9.9±0.5 C, pH 8.14±0.00, dissolved oxygen 8.1±0.4 mg.L-1, oxygen saturation % 76.6±2.4, EC 353.1±4.1, SPC 435.0±4.5 μS.cm-1, TDS 0.2881±0.0026 g.L-1, turbidity 0.6±0.1 NTU and transparency 5.8±0.7 m. In terms of in-situ measurements, Lake Aygir is not polluted and is suitable for drinking, usage, fishery, and irrigation.
