Özet
This study aims to present theoretical arguments regarding the potential of artificial intelligence as a supportive resource for teacher psychology. To this end, it constructs a comprehensive theoretical framework demonstrating how AI applications can strengthen key psychological resources crucial for teacher effectiveness and resilience: self-efficacy, optimism, trust, hope, and well-being. The analysis grounds the relationship between AI and each resource within established psychological theories. This theoretical examination concludes that the functions of AI, including reducing administrative burden, offering personalized data and objective feedback, and resource conservation, are posited to support these psychological resources. Consequently, the chapter argues for a paradigm shift in perceiving AI not as a threat but as a strategic partner that empowers teachers, and it offers practical implications for educational policy and school leadership.
