Özet

Health expenditures are made by the states to reduce tobacco addiction due to diseases caused by tobacco consumption and to reduce mortality rates for this purpose. At the same time, tobacco products have a tax-increasing effect. Health expenditures related to tobacco consumption are made by the state due to both the diseases caused by the consumption of tobacco products and the reduction of tobacco addiction in society. On the other hand, tobacco products have an increasing effect on tax revenue. Another effective intervention of the World Health Organization has also prevented the passive interaction of non-smokers in the areas that people usually use in common. Ultimately, alcohol and tobacco control studies produce effective results for smokers as well as non-smokers.
