Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the effects of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist protocol, with or without oral contraceptive pill (OCP) pretreatment, in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) undergoing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
