Abstract

Objective: 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) and 8-iso-prostaglandin F-2(alpha) (8-iso-PGF(2)(alpha)) are indicators of oxidative stress in the human body. The aim of the present study was to investigate serum 8-OHdG and 8-iso-PGF(2)(alpha) levels in patients with larynx carcinoma and to compare them with healthy controls.
