Abstract

This study will focus on the balance point (climax), which is incorporated into the ecosystem's operating system. Specifically, it can be observed on a macro scale within large plant formations (such as forests and steppes) within the terrestrial vegetation, as well as on a micro scale within the plant communities that form forests as plant associations. These examples are explored with examples from different regions of the world and from the Eastern Anatolian vegetation, where we have conducted many years of ecological research. It is known that order is essential for ecosystem continuity, and that this order enables the continuity of life. World nature conservation organizations, international civil society organizations, and governments are implementing numerous regulations on a global and local basis to prevent the deterioration of this ecosystem. Ecological footprint studies and practices called green transformation are just a few examples. Therefore, in our study focusing on the distribution of plants on Earth, the most important criterion in determining even biomes regarding the existence of this order, we have attempted to demonstrate that this distribution cannot be achieved by chance, spontaneously, or by causal factors, but rather that the components that unite nature, the forces that influence them, and the apparent causes are merely a veil.

The fact that living beings and environments, deprived of the ability to choose and be chosen, such as intellect, consciousness, and will, act with an eye to a balance, and that they gain stability once this balance is reached, demonstrates the absolute intellect of a learned and equilibrium-conscious mind.

The emphasis on "measure," repeated four times in the Quran, especially in the opening verses of Surah Ar-Rahman, introduces humanity to the concept of balance in ecosystems. This divine message demonstrates that all beings in the universe were created with a specific measure, plan, and wisdom; it also reminds us of humanity's responsibility to maintain ecosystem balance by observing this measured order. Therefore, the climax is considered not only an expression of ecological stability, but also scientific evidence of the conscious and purposeful plan of creation.
