Abstract

Introduction Helicobacter pylori infection has been shown to cause inflammation, increased production of reactive oxygen species, and oxidative DNA damage in the gastric mucosa. However, the effect of eradication treatment on DNA damage in patients infected with H. pylori is unclear.
