The Relationship Between School Administrators’ Creative Leadership Qualities and School’s Organizational Intelligence Levels

Özet

This study aims to investigate the relationships between the creative leadership qualities of school administrators and the organizational intelligence of schools. This is a correlational study, one of the methods of quantitative research. Teachers from the Van districts of pekyolu, Tuşba, and Edremit are included in the study. The sample for this study consists of 451 teachers randomly selected from schools in these districts. The research data was collected using the Multidimensional Organizational Intelligence Scale and The Creative Leadership Qualities of School Administrators' Scale. Using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation average, and regression analysis, the data were analyzed. The study found a significant and positive correlation between the creative leadership qualities of school administrators and the organizational intelligence of schools.
