The analyzes were performed by averaging the scores given by the three evaluators.Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 20.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences 20.0) package program, which is used in quantitative researches. In the study, parametric tests were used to analyze the data obtained from pre-test and post-test applications.According to this; veya Independent Samples t-Test ”statistic was used to determine pre-post-test differences between experimental and control groups. As a result of the experimental processes, it was concluded that the speech education studies conducted with student-centered speaking activities / techniques positively affected the success of Turkish speaking skills of bilingual students of Arabic origin.
